He has an excellent set of videos it's more of the "classical style" but explores the semi-western grips. He makes great sense and has excellent demonstrations. Again he emphasizes low to high swing and racquet face vertical at contact = topspin. This is an over-simplification of an EXCELLENT set of videos. Tennis Guru
I am going to provide links to some instructional tennis videos and give you me "review" of each of them. The best tennis video source I have found so far, is located at Total Video, based in Norfolk, Virginia. They have a free trial and some other excellent videos in many different categories.
This video here is by Clinton Stephenson, who is a coach of a few pros on the tour. It's a straight to the point 27 minute video. This video covers the so-called "Modern Style" and it covers it pretty well. You will need to replay it to get the finer points, but basically it covers the use of the semi-western grip, open and semi open stances, and "pulling" the stroke to the ball, again you will see foot work, low to high, racquet vertical at contact, and the swing.

Nadal Warming Up
Here's Rafael Nadal practicing. This video will be good for lefties with a western grip and a two handed backhand. Even if you don't have a western grip, take a look at his FOOTWORK, UNIT TURN, FOCUS ON THE BALL, and RECOVERY.
For Us Lefties
Notice how Federer's racquet is VERTICLE UPON CONTACT OF THE BALL. The racquet is travelling from low to high thus putting top spin on the ball. You also want to take a look at Federer's takeback and the way the UNIT TURN is a necessary part of the takeback. Federer's head is also STILL and FOCUSED on HITTING the BALL. Good luck, I hope this little video helps with your forehand.

Tennis Warehouse Discussion
Tennis Warehouse Discussion This is an excellent site to discuss tennis techniques , there are a lot of decent and knowledgeable people there. I have taken a 2 week hiatus from playing and practicing tennis because of the frigid and inclement weather. My strokes are really coming along again and I have been working on my two handed backhand as well as my one handed backhand.
I still need to work on my footwork and timing!!!!
